Shipping & Delivery
Australia: Nu Bella Pty Ltd uses Registered Post and Express Post to deliver all Australian orders.
International Locations: Nu Bella Pty Ltd can ship internationally to most destinations using standard international post, however, may use other delivery services at our digression.
Damaged Products: If your order arrives damaged, please email us at customercare@nubella.com.au and we will arrange a replacement.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
GST: In compliance Australian law, all prices are inclusive of GST.
Payment Options: We accept Visa, MasterCard and AmEx online. Please make sure that billing information you use at checkout is the same as the address where your credit card statements are sent. This is a security precaution to reduce fraudulent activities.

Returns & Replacements

Try them and see! If they do not perform according to your expectations, we will refund your money within this given time frame (Just return the unused portion ((be sure to include your name and order number)) and we will issue your refund. Note: We do not refund shipping costs).
Returns Procedure: Email customercare@nubella.com.au of your intention to return a product or products for a refund. You may also call 1300 665 443 to complete this step.
You are responsible for creating the return label. Ensure that it reads:

You can return the products to us via any delivery service, however, as it’s a Private Office Box we recommend Australia Post.
We will resolve any customer related issues within 4 business days. You will be reimbursed on items returned for credit in no less than 6 business days (after we have received your retuned items/goods).
Once a return has been approved we will refund you via the same method that you used to pay for your order. For example, if you used a credit card, the refund will be returned to that credit card. If you used a PayPal account, AfterPay or ZipPay to pay for your order we will credit your refund to the same account respectively. It generally takes 3 business days for your credit card or PayPal account to be credited after we transfer the funds.
We do not enforce restocking or processing fees, however, we do not refund the freight component when refunding an order.
